Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver in Egypt. You can also pay by card at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best before it ships.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 working days across Egypt.
Do you ship outside Egypt?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn with tags attached.
How do I know which size to order?
Check the size guide on each product page. Between sizes? Most pieces are roomy, so go with your usual size.
What if my size is sold out?
Tap 'Notify me when it's back' on the product page and we'll message you when it returns.
